Welcome onto my website. My name is Pat and I supply food and accomodation for students as well as professionals. My Victorian pretty house is located in the town of Huddersfield which lies among hills, moorland and 300 million year old river valleys carved out by ancient tropical river deltas and glaciers. The steep green uplands skirting it to the South continue further on to become the Peak District while the coal rich land to the East tilts gently away towards the sea. Huddersfield is situated equidistantly between the cities of Manchester to the West, Leeds to the North and Sheffield to the South.

I have welcomed students and professionals for the past 15 years of my life. Most students come from different parts of the World making it cosmopolitan. A blend that makes it an extremely enriching cultural experience for all the students and myself included. Students living in my house are either staying for the full length of their degree or for the summer holidays. However, I more than welcome students who are only staying for an Academic year.

My house has got 5 letting bedrooms all furnished for your ultimate comfort.Tthe bedrooms are very spacious including a double bed, desks, wardrobe, etc...There is also for your leisure time a games room including a pool table, a gym and many more. All rooms have got Internet access (included in the rent!).

I pride myself in being the best host mother in the UK. I cook International dishes and people have even complimented my English food. You won't have to worry about your laundry as that's taking care of too.

Really all you have to worry about is your studies or job...
