The house is built of Victorian stone in 1860 with many characteristics of that period still remaining, but has all the pleasing and agreeable comforts required a studying student.

If sometimes you’ve thought, just how nice it would be to live in an extremely comfortable house, having all your meals cooked by an experienced cook, someone to wash all your clothes, keep the surroundings clean and clutter free so “you” can simply get about your business of studying; especially if it’s those all important A levels or that degree/masters course you need to succeed with?

All bedrooms are spacious, containing excellent wardrobe space, large beds, kneehole desks, televisions etc.  Of course the whole house is networked with Virgin broadband internet at no extra charge.  Facilities for Faxing are also available.

You will be eating your breakfast in a large well equipped kitchen/diner. In the evening diner will be served in the dining room/lounge where you can also relax at any time.   

Large Cellars complete with Games Room, including a 7ft Pub Pool Table, Cross Trainer, Bench Press, Table Football, Darts, Table Tennis, Music etc

As with the latest national “No Smoking” Law, the rules obviously apply everywhere in my house. The house is fully alarmed and in line with all the safety regulations which are checked annually (fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, etc…). The telephone can be used at anytime as long as a phone card is used.

There is parking space with security lighting in a courtyard at the back of the property and a private garden to the front.
